Clients upgrading from Simply Accounting are not eligible for this promotion.
Clients upgrading from ACCPAC Plus, BPI and VisionPoint are not eligible for this promotion.
Clients using any competitive products are eligible for this promotion.
The Per User Pricing promotion cannot be combined with the simplified a’ la carte add on module and LanPak price list.
Cannot be combined with any other promotions.
Software Assurance will be based on the Per User Price.
Products ordered through this promotion are not returnable.
Price protection is not available for any sales made prior to the announcement of this promotion.
