What
New clients of Sage Accpac can receive the following promotion opportunities:

• Buy 3 get 1 Free when purchased on or before September 27, 2007.
• This promotion is applicable for Sage Accpac ERP purchases only (Sage Accpac Options products excluded).
• The purchase can be any combination of modules and/or LanPaks. 
• The free modules or LanPaks will be the lowest priced items.
• Minimum purchases are as follows:
• Sage Accpac 100: No minimum purchase
• Sage Accpac 200: No minimum purchase
• Sage Accpac 500: Purchase 6 modules and/or LanPaks
• Minimum purchase example: get 2 free modules and/or LanPaks for a total of 8 modules and/or LanPaks.

Software Assurance is required on all modules and LanPaks.

Details

• A new client is defined as a net new purchase of the Sage Accpac product line.  Clients upgrading from ACCPAC Plus or VisionPoint are not eligible for this promotion.
• Clients using any competitive products (such as but not limited to QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics) are eligible for this promotion.
• Simply Accounting clients are eligible for this promotion.
• One year of Software Assurance is required with purchase of Sage Accpac ERP including all free modules and/or LanPaks. Software Assurance fees are calculated on full product SRP of all products.
• Product purchased under this promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Price protection is not available for any sales made prior to the announcement of this promotion.
• Offer valid only in the United States, Canada, Caribbean and Latin America.
• May not be combined with any other offers.
